Bedroom 2 and 3 (Double rooms) share a bathroom (shower and toilet) One of the double bedrooms downstairs has a  single bed also in the room. Upstairs is an open plan lounge/TV room with great entertaining area and awesome views. Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Great entertaining area upstairs with awesome views.  Two mattresses in the loft upstairs can be utilized for either two kids/or adults upon request only.  One lockup garage for 1 vehicle. No Pets allowed
